Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancelling services provided by Gem AI.

1. One-Time Setup Fee (Non-Refundable)

A one-time **Setup Fee** is required to initiate service. This fee covers significant upfront work, including:

Initial Business Analysis and Strategy Session.
Custom AI Blueprint and Automation Planning.
System Integration with your POS/CRM and marketing channels.
Custom AI Chatbot/Caller training and deployment.
Initial 45-day access to the Full AI Package.

The Setup Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, as the services associated with it are completed upon integration and deployment.

2. Monthly Subscription Cancellation

A. Cancellation Notice

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. We do not require a minimum commitment period beyond the initial setup.

B. Effective Date of Cancellation

To cancel, please notify us via email or phone. Your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle (e.g., if you are billed on the 15th and cancel on the 1st, service will continue until the 14th). **No prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations mid-cycle.**

C. Post-Cancellation

Upon the end of your final billing cycle, access to the Gem AI platform, custom AI chatbot, automated marketing workflows, and dedicated support will cease. We will assist you in ensuring a smooth transition off the platform, including the secure destruction or return of your proprietary data, as specified in our Privacy Policy.
